doing legs const. now. and ive been these weight before... i have gotten to 201 lb before so.. muscle has memory..but im leaner this time around then last.
With me it was a long process, I joined the Marines in a program call the "Crash Fire Rescue" which is a airport Fire Fighter. During the traning I got certified in everything that I need to become a Fire Fighter. It has always been my dream to become a Fire Fighter so I was willing to give up 4 years of my life (2 Years in Iraq) to get. If this is something that you want you got to fight for it harder then you ever fought before. If you fail see it as a lesson and try again.
Right now I'm just getting back into it from being on winter break. I ran 20 miles last week. I'm hoping to be running 50 miles per week by March. I usually run 5-6 days per week. You run?
HERES SOMETHINGS I HAVE DONE RUNNING HILLS WITH 20LBS DUMBELLS IN EACH HAND. OR SMITH MACHINE CALF RAISES IF YOU VIEW MY VIDEOS YOULL SEE I USE ALOT OF WEIGHT IT LOOKS FUNNY BUT 20 INCH CALFS IS NOT COMMON SO THATS SOME OF THE THINGS I DO!! HOPE IT HELPS! NOT SURE IF YOUR ON MY FRIENDS LIST OR NOT IF NOT I WOULD LIKE AN ADD TO KEEP UP IWTH YOUR PROGRESS!!
Thanks bro! Lookin pretty solid yourself, check out my second blog. I have my mr diet and ab routine in there. As far as calves go, hit up seated calve raises and standing calve raises..these 2 routines really brought out my calves, heavy heavy weight. Keep training hard bro, take care.
