Loose 20 pounds and gain strength and flexibility.
Goal (Long):
When I was 21, I got down to 125 pounds using appetite suppressing diet pills and working out. All this time I never lost interest in working out, but have had the attitude of I can eat whatever I want because I work out. Over the past six years I have steadily put back on almost 40 pounds here and there. I have had some minor back aches due to pounding the pavement and am currently recovering from ACL reconstruction. My immediate goal is to be rebuild strength in knee/leg in order to return to cardio and tae kwon do. Acheiving that will allow me to turn up the burn and melt some fat. At the current time my workouts are weight lifting 4 days a week, yoga, and light, light cardio.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
