The one word that comes to mind when I hear "bulking" IS FAT!! remember you don't have to add a lot of fat to gain muscle size!! Eat lean and lift heavy but safe and you will do great!!
Thanks for the add Hilary! I work legs 2x/week & I will tell you this is a solid 4 months of training going into these pics-best exercises are walking lunges & squats till you can't do another single one!

i assumed that most people in africa dont have desk jobs in an office and nice cars like we do in america???
The training has been pretty easy...doing 2 a days! Diet is key too...lots of eggs and other protein. Take care and hope your training works out for you!
