thanks for the comment. Yeah swimming does keep me lean, but I only swim from nov-feb during season. I think its more of my genetics, I find it hard to gain weight no matter how much I eat =/ Great vids btw, I've always been a fan of the ghetto workouts.

The best exercise for inner chest IMO is the cable cross overs and the pec deck machine.

My workout was: Flat Bench Press 3 sets Incline DB press 3 sets Incline DB flyes 3 sets Weighted Dips 3 sets (only do bottom half) Cable cross overs 3 sets (more like cable flyes the way I do them) Superset: Flat bench flyes w/ Flat DB press 3 sets I also only trained each body part once a week, since I work at a gym, I basically had access to the gym every day =) Also, each set was done with this many reps 8-12, 6-8, 4-6: So increase the weight after each set.

thanks for the positive feedback on my bodyspace. Just wondering, are there any splits that you would recommend?
