8-12. It's the range that ultimately in my opinion allows for muscle growth and strength.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depends. If I'm supersetting which I do 75% of the time, I take 1-2 minutes of rest, or at least long enough so that I am ready to lift again. If I'm not supersetting I try to take as little break as possible, just enough to catch my breath, like 20-30 seconds. The reason is I don't want my muscles to become fatigued while working out, and by keeping a constant flow of blood through my muscles it delays the lactic acid.Depends. What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I am not going to hit the weights for 1 week, let my body recover from over 3 months of over training. When I get back, I'm going to have to hit a new routine, starting to look for some good routines now. The only problem is my current routine has sooooo much volume, so many exercises each day...

Check out those insane boys. Thats how I get my bench up. Im not as wild as them but the power moves help me boost tremendously. This will inspire you. Let me know what you think.
Thanks bro. Yes I live those vids and doing the calis too. You got the right combo with training and swimming. I use to love those days. Keep up the good work, because its working well for you.
Great job James. You look great and the swimming is helping with tone. Keep doing the combo and you will blow up even more nice. Keep up the good work bro. Nice work.
I have no idea the number of calories I consume in a day. I suspect it is somewhere between 3200 and 3500 calories. I just go by feel and eat 6-7 meals a day every 2.5 hours or so. My tummy says eat after about 2 hours and I try to hold out for a little longer before I eat. Intuitive I guess.
I think my favorite is push/pull. I'm sure there are several ways to do it, but I will send you the way I've been doing it in an e-mail. It's just 3 different workouts, but I train 4 days a week, just keep goin in rotation! Thanks for asking man! Good luck to you! ~Ray
