I am Paleo (for the most part- I still use Iso-Whey) no other supplements
7:00 am- Unsweetened almond milk and scoop ISO WHEY NATURAL, cocoa powder and stevia, some ice blended
8:00 am- Cup Coffee
9:30 am- 6 egg whites
snacking on 20 almond or cashews from here to lunch
12:00 noon- can of low sodium tuna in water + half an avocado and 10 cherry tomatoes
Snacking on another 10 almonds or cashews from here till dinner
5:30 - chicken breast, half a medium eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, hot sauce, mushrooms
7:30- training at the gym 1 hour
8:54/9:00- Protein shake from above handful of raspberries
Bed by 10:00

I try my best to avoid supplements- supplement by definition is to add in something you lack from diet. I try to find it in my diet first.

When I started working out for the first time (Jan/Feb -2011) I decided to work out to be stronger not for looks. This has worked well!
I like to go for less than an hour every day. I like to keep my heart rate up this keeps you lean, and love failing.
