Its been 13 years since I worked out you can read about it in my "About Me" section but I finally got back into training. going into a 6 week mass gain cycle then into a cut to lean out BF even more my goal is 215lbs 9%-10% BF so I still have some work to do but I do appreciate the thumbs up thank you.
