How I Started:
I started with the P90X program. That ended up not being enough for me, so I signed up to my local gym and started weight training.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it boosts my self-confidence, I feel much healthier and I love the high I get from those final few pumps.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror.

Goal (Long):
I have always been that scrawny fat kid. It is time to change that. I have set a plan, I have done my research and my motivation level is through the roof. I have a 24 week plan laid out, for my work-out, diet, everything. I am going to stick to it and come out on top! See everyone on the other side! Good luck to all!

I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work.
