yeah its messed up bro i dont know how to shake it. Im going to get X rays tomorrow i need to get this done. IM getting resluts with this injury i feel liek if i didnt have it id be xploding man

hey skip im just starting your AST training regimen and i was just wondereing if theres any little hints or nething for getting adjusted to this because past workouts ahve been alot of sets and alot of workouts any hints you got to get the maximum out of this let me no brother

good ****ing mass hell yeah, any tips for deadlift i see u got a good lift i hover around that weight also but thats real good you look strong as hell. When do you plan on competeing?

my shoulders better so im back in the gym..I lost alot and its pissing me off ill be good in a week or two to start gaining again.. Whens your next comepetition? Let me know and keep me posted
