this was when i was on the weightlifting team and my last year right before state.I decided i wanted to gain about 40 pounds after state i was 117.8 pounds
im now 140 my arms are 2 inches bigger and my chest is 3 inches bigger
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
wrist injury.i never fully recoverd bcause i was at a weightlifting competition and it was before stat so i had to keep pushing myselfe but it only made it worse

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
bad technique.people dont stretch and get ready they just go into not knowing how to properly lift what they are ding and it leads to them getting injured

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
usually 8 to 15 im trying to build mass right nowand higher reps are better fo that
2 weeks is ok for a rest period. Judt dont go much longer. You will be fine and will get even bigger. Just dont give up. You came so far. Hang in there bro.

ah that sucks.. keep trying tho if you wanna work at a gym... go to their website's and they'll usually have a 'careers' all the way at the bottom or something.. and you can search that way, especially.. bally's, lifetime, la fitness... and tons more.. take care bro! and keep on gettin solid!
its going good.. still doing 5 days a week right now and finally getting my weight back up.. i lost like 6 pounds when i kicked up my water intake to a gallon a day... but now its doing pretty good.. hows everything going with you bro?
