stephanielynn76 Well thank you!!! You know, I've thought about entering a challenge but... #1 they never occur at the right time for me and #2 they are usually only 12 weeks. I'm targeting a show in early July so I plan my cut/bulk cycles around that. I usually give myself a good 20 weeks to shed the fat so that I can, hopefully, retain as much muscle as possible. :) Dec 30, 2012 2:25pm

Jezza84 Based on alot of the tools on here, 2400 calories is what they say for me, which seems really high and struggle to get to that. I generally range between 1800-2000 at the moment. Do you think that might be a little low? Thanks alot for your feedback and help, definately need it Oct 18, 2012 6:17pm

myboysrock3 killer schedule mate.urresults/body def show it. take victory lap! i'm feeling close to single digits bf%..last official check i wasunder 12% trying to keep mydiet clean..super challenging. tipping scales now at 188. used to weigh 286 but that was 5+ yrs ago i could probably afford to hit 200 w my height,i'm 6'2", but mentally cant. i told myself i would never allow myself to break 200 again. what's your target weight with single digit bf%??
