Wife is in a BAD mood. I just had to get out and go for a run. It was nice outside and not any traffic to speak of. I don't like running on Thursday. Everybody sets the trash out by the street. Running late at night seems to be my best time. Some say they can't sleep after a late night run but...
been real busy was in between second jobs. got a better second job making more money to put back into my car so im working on getting back its just been real slow trying to get my schedule down with the hours I work
I read the Eat-Clean Diet book and the Paleo DIET FOR ATHELETES. 3 days I eat like the paleo diet 1 day follow the eat clean method. Ends up being 3 low carb days 1 higher carb day and repeat. Made great progress in only 2 months
I agree that learning to eat right is harder than lifting. They say that 80 percent of your results are in the nutrition and only 20 in the lifting. I agree with that.
Thanks so much for the comment on my blog!! Im doing better, chiro and training helps a lot! Im trying to stay very positive, thats the biggest challenge yet(plus I have to swallow my pride and lift LIGHT!!!)
Hey Bruce
Just wanted to wish you a merry Christmas and a very safe New Years too. I hope all is well. Keep up the good work, you are representing our age bracket bro!!! :-)

Sounds like you had a pretty great day.
I can no longer eat too much food at one time...If I could have, I would have... so I'm glad it was you and not me doing all the eating... hehehe...
Now back to it ... Have a good day... :)
