I started exercising because I live a fairly sedentary life - ride the subway, sit in front of a computer the whole day, sit at home, etc. Plus ever since I graduated high-school, I have been stuck at 140 lbs - 150 lbs without gaining or loosing weight.
I chose bodybuilding because it is something familiar to me (my uncle was a bodybuilder), I am aware of all the techniques and principles. Now it is simply a matter of discipline, will and nutrition to achieve my goal.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel alive, it is something to look forward to during a boring day at work. Plus I like to learn and research new things.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set a goal for every session.

The first set is performed with light weights (the pump set). The second set uses medium weights (break the cobwebs set). The third set is the actual working set of the form failure - 15 secs rest - failure (post-set rest-pause).
