How I Started:
I started exercising because I live a fairly sedentary life - ride the subway, sit in front of a computer the whole day, sit at home, etc. Plus ever since I graduated high-school, I have been stuck at 140 lbs - 150 lbs without gaining or loosing weight. I chose bodybuilding because it is something familiar to me (my uncle was a bodybuilder), I am aware of all the techniques and principles. Now it is simply a matter of discipline, will and nutrition to achieve my goal.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel alive, it is something to look forward to during a boring day at work. Plus I like to learn and research new things.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set a goal for every session.
