I'm using Jamie Easons' LiveFit Training Program. I've used it in the past but I'm starting over back at Phase 1.

Clean Eating= Clean Insides
I'm basically eating as clean of a diet as I can. I eat between 5-6 times a day. I do not count calories nor my macros. I feel in order to get specific needed numbers I would need to hire a professional to get those. My daily meal plan:
Breakfast- whole grain cereal, whole grain dry toast, and a cup of cofee
Morning Snack- handful of almonds and a piece of fruit
Lunch- some form of protein (chicken or turkey) and a veggie
Afternoon snack- protein shake or fresh veggies
Dinner- Protein (chicken or turkey) and a veggie
