my training partner does not really like this product, i do he states that glutamine should be taken by itself, i disagree seem to recover alot faster and also the great tasting watermelon flavor is awesome...

very small change in bodyfat , must alter diet and also eliminate the don julio tequila and tecate lites out of my social life... i must be more consistent with my cardio as well...
