When I Started:
Jun, 2007
How I Started:
got started from a very helpful website- www.intense-workout.com and
on june 2007, i decided to change my life, once i made the commitment it was history... losing at least 40 pounds of fat.. and packing on some lean muscle.
Why I Love It:
The drive it gives you to make yourself better... mentally and physically. Arnold Swharzenegger said if you build an amazing physique you can do anything your mind dreams of.
I love the burning desire when your about to go to the gym and say this is another day closer to in my eyes a champion physique. The Pump to the Post workout shake... One of the best feelings in the world.
I'm also fasinated with Nutrition, learning everything i can get my hands on, its what u do outside the gym that matters the most, like putting the right food in ur body to fuel up to your next grueling workout. just gotta have a good solid workout routine and switch it up when u feel the need.
And when your so committed... you look around... and you are truly different than most everybody else...
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my week to week, month to month progress. people's compliments on your hard work.
Buying magazines and thinking that could be you in a magazine one day keeps me motivated.
looking back on all the progress, and saying wow, never wanna go back there ever again!
Just all around building a fantastic physique, and a healthy fine tuned body.
BB Accomplishments:
havent entered any bodybuilding competitions yet.
but the real accomplishment is transforming your body.. putting in the hard work and reaping the benefits

Heyy Brett!
Well, I just started back on the Mitotropin this week after my 4 wk "off" period.. Right now I'm doing 2am and then another 2 about an hour before my workout... next week I will probably bump it up to 3 and 3 like I did before... The last cycle of Mitotropin helped me lose almost 20lbs! *and that was with a so-so diet and hardly any cardio* So, this round should be even better since my diet/training is on point..
Hi Brett,
Thanks for the rating and comment. It's obvious that your hard work is really paying off. Great job! I'm a Canadian and I appreciate what you do for your country. Have a great 2009. Keep training hard and take care.
