How I Started:
Basically, I was sick and tired of being over weight. When I looked in the mirror was digusted with myself so I decided that it was time to finally stop complaining and feeling sorry and do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out for a couple reasons. First you feel 100% better and are full of energy. Second, you look better and your clothes fit better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing the changes in my body and how my clothes are fitting. I have come a long way but the journey is not over.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from being 278 lbs and 31% body fat to currently 218 lbs and 14% body fat.

Yesterday I got my MRI results back and I have a partial tear in my rotator cuff.  Look likes I will be taking some time off which I hate to do but I need to heal.  Plus I couldn't scedule an appointment with a orthopedic doctor for two weeks!  No luck! Has anyone ever gone through rotator...

My little brother works for them full time and they asked me to help out with the Arnold one year and the rest is history. I also have delt with 6 yr olds. Know I teach middle school seventh grade science. They are even more immature than the 6 yr olds.

I appreciate the comment. Thanks. I've got about 10 or 15 more lean pounds to shoot for. Like I've said to others, it's hard enough after 40 to 'maintain' muscle mass, much less put it on and shape it, so at 47, I'm working my ass "on" as I work it off.
