When I Started: Jan, 2003
How I Started: I am training for Martial Arts fitness and strength...ps..have to manage a severly injured back..(3 lower herniated discs) hence don't want to lift too heavy and provoke further injury.
Why I Love It: It keeps me positive, re enforces a positive self image and helps with releief from work stress..and helps in the dojo when I'm faced with sparring a 250lb brute!
How I Stay Motivated: I read Muscle and Fitness, Bodybuiding.com and I can feel myself getting stronger with each and every workout. The pump also looks a little better after every few weeks of training!
BB Accomplishments: None so far...limited to the dojo ;-)

Starting a Pyramid cycle form this week....something has to work.....!

Varies with cycles - heavy low reps to light with high reps. Focus on weak points (gad, that could be interesting). Workout 2 days a week, Karate 2-3 days a week.
