I am training for Martial Arts fitness and strength...ps..have to manage a severly injured back..(3 lower herniated discs) hence don't want to lift too heavy and provoke further injury.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me positive, re enforces a positive self image and helps with releief from work stress..and helps in the dojo when I'm faced with sparring a 250lb brute!
How I Stay Motivated:
I read Muscle and Fitness, Bodybuiding.com and I can feel myself getting stronger with each and every workout. The pump also looks a little better after every few weeks of training!
BB Accomplishments:
None so far...limited to the dojo ;-)

The beginning.......this was taken when I strated my 'bulking effort'....let's see how I do over the next couple of minths....
Starting a Pyramid cycle form this week....something has to work.....!
Varies with cycles - heavy low reps to light with high reps. Focus on weak points (gad, that could be interesting). Workout 2 days a week, Karate 2-3 days a week.
still plenty of room for more trophies....now if they would give away Hummers like at the Olympia I would have a problem with space in the garage (LOL).
Well, 48 really isn't so old. I don't "feel" old anyway> ;o) I've heard I feel pretty good......ooops!
heeheeheehee you're looking terrific my friend. I love Sydney--I think it's my favv city in the world so far. Keep the door open for more comments, k??
