"Lose about 4% bodyfat that I gained over May at National Guard Summer Camp. I didn't get a lot of chances to workout or eat right, so my bf% got a little high."
Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
Michael
Sex:
Male
Age:
25
Location:
Mississippi, United States
Occupation:
Student/ Former Military/ Personal Trainer on Campus
Personal Website:
Gym:
Campus weightroom, the Sanderson Center
Gym Location:
Mississippi State University
When I Started:
Sep, 1999
How I Started:
A friend got me started in his garage and we're both kind of competitive, so we pushed each other pretty hard.
Why I Love It:
I've learned that everyone needs time to be alone and just be. I find my time to meditate is in the gym or out for a run, or just shooting my bow. As long as I'm active, it's easy to hit that place where I'm thinking about things.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel like I should be stronger or faster for others. Being in the military made me feel as though I should always be ready for anything. Of course, looking good at the beach is always a plus.
BB Accomplishments:
None, but I did do a Bench Press contest and got 375 lbs., weighing in at 175. I got it pretty easily so I think my max is around 385-390.

Lose about 4% bodyfat that I gained over May at National Guard Summer Camp. I didn't get a lot of chances to workout or eat right, so my bf% got a little high.
Goal (Long):
I've always been inspired by heroes like Spider-man, Batman, and Superman. I want to look like I leapt off the pages of their comics.
Panera is a Bakery/Coffee House around here - you have to be able to find better bread or just eat basmati rice or brown rice. Feed your body some nutrients - OK I'm done preaching :)
Yeah I know, I get into conversations and I hate to say -- I gotta train!! (lol) The early morning is better for me cuz that doesn't really happen - everyone needs to get in & out! If you had a strict diet you could do less cardio - I don't do any cardio - hate it!
