It is. I am keeping to the 3x5. I am also going to focus more on my diet. I really want to kick it up. I want to get my chest and arms up!

Thanks man - so 200gs of protein a day? Any suggestions for what you're eating? Also - what is your back routine like - you've done a very good job with it! I just started a bulking diet this week and I am working on being focused without feeling like a 'fatty!'
