That's great man, good to hear! When you're benching make sure to keep good form: shoulderblades back, elbows at 45 degrees from your torso, feet firmly planted. It prevents you from rolling your shoulders and it keeps the focus on your chest instead of your shoulders. About 90% of people you see benching at the gym are doing it wrong, that includes big dudes lol. The better your form is, the more chest development you'll get. Keep in touch man
Hey I'm glad to hear it man. That chest routine will definitely bring up your strength and size. Just make sure to have a good spotter when doin the heavy bench haha good luck man!
Well after an injury and holiday eating, I decided I was tired of my body not reflecting my effort, so I hired Jason as my nutrition advisor. I'd recommend checking out nattynutrition.com and drop J a message, he's been the best investment I've ever made in changing my physique. He got me eating the right foods at the right times in the right amounts. He's crazy affordable for the service he provides, tell him you're a friend of Will.
Thanks man. Routine is pretty much the same as it has been, doing abs more often though and training with more focus and intensity. One major change has been doing 5 sets of 3 on bench to bring up my numbers. It's been working pretty well so far. I've been more strict with my diet which I think has made the biggest difference. 200g of protein daily and eating 5 meals a day, not skipping breakfast. There's still always room for improvement though haha. How about you man?
hey, sorry i took a while to get back to u. for bis i usually just do 3 sets of barbell curls, 10, 8, 6 reps, increasing weight each time, not necessarily keeping strict form either.
for tris i go with standing tricep extensions, close grip bench usually on the smith, and dips, usually with about 45 lbs extra.
hope i helped
For my Arms day I'm off of work so I'm normally in the gym for a long period of time. I smoke my all parts of my arms. If you want to know what I do I will give you my routine for that day in an pm. Hope training is going well!
Thanks for the comment. Mostly it has been a change in my diet cutting out almost all sugar and limiting my carbs to only the necessities. Also I tend to workout every day to keep the progress
Glad to hear you're seeing results. I change it up every couple weeks. Stay away from simple carbs, & eat a ton of protein. Try to get all of your carbs from complex sources.
The hydoxycut worked like a charm! But it was a little extreme on my heart.... My family has a history of shaky hearts, and I stopped after a week because when I worked out my heart beat was REALLY high. But I got up to 4 pills a day... dude, tremendous results. but make sure you drink alot! Now that I worked really hard though, with the dieting and exercising, I want to take a break! lol, I'm tuckered out. chillin' for a week or so, then I'll be back.
Thanks for the add! What I find works best when trying to gain lean mass is to never go hungry. I eat 6-7 meals a day, but smaller protions high in protein. I try not to eat a lot of carbs past 7 o'clock. Best thing I found is prepare food a day or so in advance, that way you will always have some healthy. Any other questions, just let me know! Good luck with your goal
hey thanks for the comment! Answering your questions, for getting bigger i try to stick to eating a lot of clean foods and protein. Usually coming from eggs, chicken, oatmeal, fruits and pork (i trim the fat off the pork). I also eat 4-5 meals a day. For trimming up I still eat 4-5 times a day. However, I watch my sodium intake, cut back on junk foods, avoid the condiments, cut back on excess carbs etc. Hope that helps man!
