Started in 1998, signed up for Apex nutrition. Made exponential progress in overacheiving body weight and BMI % by 30%. I enjoyed my new body, the fascination to stay fit never left and became a lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
Feel good / Look good
How I Stay Motivated:
Hired an excellent trainer who provides advanced training techniques to meet challenging goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm not a bodybuilder; I just enjoy looking good and feeling good. I guess the respect and admiration I get for my discipline and dedication are accomplishments.
In continuation of the massive fat-burning initiative, I successfully finished the third metabolic workout this week in the 555.

Look perfect. That's the ideal bodyfat for anybody (IMO) whether bodybuilding or olympic weightlifting or powerlifting (a bit more fat there is ok because they don't maneuver as much)... great job.
