When I Started:
How I Started:
I have worked out mainly for Football and sports most of my life simply for strength, felxability, agility and speed purposes. Most of my life I have been fairly lean up until the past couple of years. So this year I'm stepping my work outs up for two reasons A. I'd like to get my lean young looking body back B. More importantly to me I'm going to be making a move from line backer to safety this year after signing my new contract with The Ogden Knights www.ogdenknights.com of the American Indoor Football Association (AIFA)
Why I Love It:
I love the burn, knowing that I have the ability at any given time to work my body to exhausten, to the point of getting light headed, spinning and grabbing the closest garbage can to the squat rack... Having people look at you in the gym like your a freak of nature not truely understanding how you can puke from a work out.... Then after gathering myself walk out of the gym with a smile on my face....
How I Stay Motivated:
Football, mirrors, age, competition, fear... sanity.... there is nothing better in this world than to hit the gym on a bad day of work or a fight with a friend, family member or spouse. What better way to get rid of that built up frustration than to take it out on some iron and leave happy. So, Gym = Sanity!
BB Accomplishments:
Body building not so much, how ever using my body to accomplish things in life that I love and in the sport that I live for. That is still a form of body building in my eyes.

The 2009 American Indoor Football Association Season
Hey herm10, just came across your profile. Whos signed on with the Knights so far, I'm friends with Wissler and he was trying to get me to come out. I've hung em up. i can play into my 40's like him. Anyway, I will be coming to the games this year, it will be a relief that you guys are up in Ogden so I don't have to drive down to Kearns anymore....that blew. I heard Nate Baptist when to Wyoming, that was a big loss...he's a great center, played with him a few years back.
Thanks for the heads up! Unfortunately im working in Colorado and going back and forth to Utah. Didnt even know we had a team out there so we'll deff. check it out. Good luck this season brother!
Good see the Dogs got fire yet ;)
Hope you hit the speed goals, I am also trying to get back a SS spot this year. I dont enjoy OLB as much. I just cant seem to hit as hard and they never throw in my direction until my replacement comes on lol.
Seriously though, I am really wanting to get my Cardio up this season, do you have any sources that you can point me too for reference?
thanks for the message bro. good luck with ur up and coming training. i used to play football all throughout my younger years and now burnt out with the sport. haha
