damn boss great job i like to see someone that used extremely low carbs in cutting weight. and they say you cant keep muscle on low carbs well you busted that myth. again great job brother.

hell brother dont think like that there is no horrible days think about it like this you are going to the gym today right you all ready made a choice to get better. and there is no bad days at the gym if you show uP .far as muscle goes it takes time there is no magic pill or anything. again working out your muscle has no choice but to get bigger. it like the law of gravity what goes up must come down.you lift weight you tear down muscle then you rest and feed it properly it builds up.

hell borther dont think like that ,you going to the gym today right, see it is already a good day. you working out today there is no set back in that you already made the choice to get better. far as muscle goes give it time there is no magic pill or anything it takes time. before you no it you will achive your goal you are closer than you think.Its a day by day thing

all veggies really dont count them as carbs though so what ever broccoli ,spinach, carriots,mushrooms yes it was extremely low but again i ate tons of protien one steak, 2 chicken brest bout 5 shakes,and tuna. energy levels sux but it worked for me

low carbs high protien work out 6 times a week cheated on saturday ate what ever i wanted and drank i jus told myself i was shocking my system no carbs after 6pm
