That 4 to 6 weeks is designed for the super growth stage. Stay on that single week up to six weeks, as long as you are seeing results. There is a three minute rest between each set, so that backs it off enough for me. I still push that wieght around all the same.
BRO i really dont do any CARDIO. Im gonna try this time n just eat more. Im about 4 weeks out now. My metabolism is fast any way so im scared to loose muscle.
Thanks for the comment. You're progress pics are a great motivation! I am getting back on the horse - I've got a LONG way to go, but maybe someday I'll be in competition with your current physique...great work!
James, I appreciate the response. I am extremely impressed with your progress and your chest tattoo seems to indicate that your hard work was dedicated to someone. You showed some small examples of your diet in your blog entries but I dont know if I can eat chicken in the morning or 10 egg whites at a time. I already try to eat plenty of clean carbs (leafy veggies) but I admit that my diet is my biggest challenge. But I will NEVER give up. Thanks
Your latest photos are incredible. Your progress since 08 is tremendous, especially the last six months. Congrats on the effort. What was the biggest key for you? Diet? Workout?
