training here is goin pretty good.. tryin to gain strength for baseball now and after xmas break im goin to try and put on lean mass and get shredded!! exp. w. new diets and everything learnin everyday.. hows things wit u?

Yeah man I lived in Georgia most of my life. I'm a bulldog fan all the way even in spite our current season. I'm still learning how to use bodyspace, but shoot me any questions you want, and when I figure out PM I'll ask some diet questions.

That 4 to 6 weeks is designed for the super growth stage. Stay on that single week up to six weeks, as long as you are seeing results. There is a three minute rest between each set, so that backs it off enough for me. I still push that wieght around all the same.
