I am a multi-meal guy eating 6-7 a day . Currently my macros are P 285 C 330 F 65. I cycle my carbs based on my training. Cutting now !
I am experimenting a little with higher carb intake and lower protein intake at the moment to see how I react. For the past 18 months or so I've kept my protein at around 1.5g per lb of body weight my carbs were never over 225 grams a day. On training day my carbs are 330 grams and non training day, which I still may do cardio, they drop to 250 grams.
Protein Sources 99% lean ground turkey, chicken breast, tilapia, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs AAEFX NF PRO
Carb Sources rice, potatoes, oats, AAEFX Karbolyn, quinoa, rice cakes, occasionaly pop tarts IIFYM
Fat sources peanut butter, almonds, olive oil, avacado
I will slowly reduce my carb intake as I start dropping weight. Every time my fat loss plateaus it's time to cut some carbs or increase my cardio and sometimes both.
