no man. i stopped crossfit a few months ago when my trainer quit. so now i am working out on my own. i am still doing weights but doing a lot more running. preparing for my first race in december. pretty excited about that. i might start doing crossfit once a month after that though.
Thanks man. I have really gotten serious in the past couple of months. It's good to finally get some compliments. Maybe one day I will be as ripped as you. Keep hitting it hard man.
That's great! About a month ago my trainer switched me from weight training to crossfit. Crossfit is a lot harder. Seems like I am slimming down which I need to do in my midsection. So all is good. Hope to see some nice changes in a few months.
