i wourk out 5 to 6 days a week.
day 1:chest. day 2:back and biceps. day 3:shoulders and triceps. day 4:legs. day 5:upper arms and forearms. day 6:whatever i feel needs some more training.
i do my calves 3 days a week along with my abs aswel.
