The Baseline Meal Plan - it's not a "diet", its a LIFESTYLE!

Having a PROPER NUTRITION PLAN is MORE THAN HALF THE BATTLE and it is one of the BIGGEST CHALLENGES people face. HAVING A PLAN is the FIRST STEP TO SUCCESS in any area of your life. The next steps are FOLLOW THROUGH and CONSISTENCY with that plan.  The BASELINE MEAL PLAN provides you with this plan and the confidence to FOLLOW THROUGH!

WHAT MAKES THE BASELINE MEAL PLAN UNIQUE?

  • It teaches you about your body and allows you to determine your specific metabolic needs so you can take control of your health and fitness for the rest of your life!

patbanya Haha, it's a small world! To think, we both competed at the 2010 Team U, and now we're reunited on Bodyspace. I think it's amazing that you won the middleweights! I know you've switched to physique, but I wouldn't give up on bodybuilding with an accomplishment like that. I intend to give the Team U another try, but I don't know when. I'm a little busy at the moment, so I haven't been able to focus on competing. Hopefully, I can live vicariously through you for time being. :) May 3, 2013 12:59am

Trudog1966 Joy, You just got another comment that wasn't for you. But bodyspace sent it to you instead, Im sorry. I got your message and I will be updating photos and such here shortly. Short term goal has been a challenge with a female bodyspace member. She has to leg press 8 plates a side for 3 reps before I get 12 plates a side for 3 reps. so keep looking for my updates, currently I have done 10 plates for 4 reps just this past weekend. ManfredH Unfortunately no visible progress has been made in 4 motnhs because of the gym's closure. I will be back lifting steel on the 15th :) meanwhile all my training has been bodyweight training, the strength increases are obvious, but not visually appreciable. in a month i'll upload updates ;) Apr 3, 2013 6:37pm
