My fitness goal is to lose 60 pounds of fat within one year and gain muscle A BMI of less than 14%
Goal (Long):
All of my life, I have been wanted to have a body that I can be proud of. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a flat hard midsection and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 225 pounds, with 14% body fat, and be able to do at least 300 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 12 months!"
Charlie; Both my wife and I had great results with the Body for Life program and I highly recommend you give it another go. By combining their nutrition program with weightlifting and good cardio I am sure that not only can you achieve your fitness goals but also there is a good chance that you may even surpass them.
Following a proven program gave my wife and I great results. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 short weeks by following the Body fro Life program. It was not easy but also not so hard that we were not able to achieve our fitness goals. Push yourself (possibly out of your comfort zone) and I believe the results will be well worth the effort.
Charlie,
Good Luck with all of your goals. I see you want to lose weight and BF% that's great. Don't be to concerned with the amount of weight you can lift while shedding pounds and bf% unless your main goal is strength. I see too many people trying to build their bodys by only being concerned with the amount of weight moved. That's just my opinion though. I am in it to shape my body, the amount of weight I lift will rise along with it. Stay Motivated.
