I wasn't allowed to participate in regular gym classes in HS because my wheelchair was "hazardous" to the other students, so for 4 years I lifted every day that I had gym.
Why I Love It:
Gives a boost to my self-esteem and I appreciate a healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation, in the long run, is to avoid being a fat slob.
Other motivations:
Achieving a physique like Arnold or Frank Zane.
Not letting my disability define who I am or who I can be.

Joseph, I wanted to stop by and say hello. You truly are an inspiration for everyone to follow. You should be very proud of your accomplishments. I wanted to say "thank you" for being living proof and showing others that anyone can live a healthy lifestyle. If you need any help or advice on training or nutrition just ask. Have a great training 2008 :) -Phil
