How I Started:
I started lifting weights in 2002 till 2003 never stayed with it long enough to see results. Then I started lifting in 06 but didn't stay with it. I finally started again in November of 07 and now I'm hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to push myself to new limits and seeing results from my actions. I also like it that no one can take it away from me. All of the gains are from my hard work and no one can stop me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and seeing improvements and also areas that need worked. Also just wanting to be a guy that looks like he works out.
BB Accomplishments:
Not any major ones that other people would consider, but I have made some gains in size that I am very excited about.

Personal training is something that I see myself doing, because since I've started lifting I really want to be able to help others attain their goals through living a healthy lifestyle.
