How I Started:
I started lifting weights in 2002 till 2003 never stayed with it long enough to see results. Then I started lifting in 06 but didn't stay with it. I finally started again in November of 07 and now I'm hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to push myself to new limits and seeing results from my actions. I also like it that no one can take it away from me. All of the gains are from my hard work and no one can stop me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and seeing improvements and also areas that need worked. Also just wanting to be a guy that looks like he works out.
BB Accomplishments:
Not any major ones that other people would consider, but I have made some gains in size that I am very excited about.
Forum Signature:
Leave your ego at the door! Lift within your limits! Cheat only on the last set and last couple reps! Put your weights back where they go! Remember you to were a beginner at one point! Wipe up your own sweat! Use correct form at all times! Don't forget to train legs! Be sure to drink your protein! And always workout to your fullest potential and never settle for anything less. These are my ten rules and yes rules are meant to be broken.

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
Guys that dress in shorts that are way to short, people that stink, and people who don't wipe up their sweat.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I usually use the elliptical, but my favorite is the stair stepper. It is by far the hardest workout if you turn the level up.

This past weekend I watched the movie and I thought it was a great documentary.  It explained the pros and cons from a non judge mental side.  I thought it was put together very nicely.  I would recommend watching it to anyone that has an open or closed mind about steroids and...
