Bodybuilding videos, friends that are bigger and more cut to aspire to
BB Accomplishments:
Only a select few can say they have accomplished in bodybuilding once I can say this is the best my body can be then I will have accomplished something.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Reverse grip Triceps are the best for the inner tri head laying down one arm extensions across the chest are great for the outer head remember triceps make up 2/3 of the arm
