To Get Bigger for football got sick of football lifing led into bodybuilding

Knowing that you can always be much better: that there is always room for improvement bodybuilding is a metaphor to life.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Reverse grip Triceps are the best for the inner tri head laying down one arm extensions across the chest are great for the outer head remember triceps make up 2/3 of the arm
