ChristopherG007 Hey bud how long have you been lifting? I wanna help you get a better routine together but the only way I can do that is if you trust me! Feb 3, 2012 4:07pm

ChristopherG007 Oh and another thing but, in my opinion you shouldn't be doing one muscle a day. You should work a few a day and make sure that they "work" together. That's what I do anyway. Like bicepts, back and forearms one day. Chest, tricepts and abs the next day. And Legs, calves and shoulders the third. Rinse and repeat. I'm not saying this is the best workout in the world but it's been effective for me since I started working out again about a year ago. Feb 1, 2012 7:09pm

ChristopherG007 Ok same thing with your workout bud. You need to push way more weight. Do way less reps and you should only be doing around 15 sets total for any one muscle group. And don't worry about your english haha it's ok. I have a date night with the wife so I can't go anymore in depth than that but I will try to tomorrow bro. For now i'll tell you...more weight...less reps and less sets...a small muscle like the bicepts doesn't need more than 30 minutes. Jan 31, 2012 7:28pm

ChristopherG007 And get yourself some goals written down bro! I'm new here too but man I gotta tell you those charts and goals being written down in here really help me and the wife. Jan 30, 2012 8:28pm

ChristopherG007 I use the six star whey protein from wal-mart. It's super cheap at 19 bucks for 2 lbs. I'm sure there are better out there but not for the price. As soon as you post your next workout i'll let you know what I think bud. And I'm glad to help you man I really do enjoy it! Jan 30, 2012 8:19pm

ChristopherG007 From what I'm seeing dude you are going way too low on the weight and doing way way too many sets bud. A back routine shouldn't take more than 45 minutes. Hopefully I don't sound too negative! Your back routine basically needs to be cut in half and you need to go way up in weight brother. Jan 29, 2012 12:35pm
