How I Started:
I worked in the fitness industry for 7years before becoming a nurse 5 years ago. I've always loved going to the gym since the age of 16yrs.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling sore for two days! Ha! But seriously, i do love the feeling of knowing and seeing that you are improving both in cardiovascular fitness and physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation for me involves goals and how important those goals are. My health is of utmost importance and I tired of feeling lazy, heavy and having the symptoms of hypoglyceamia!
BB Accomplishments:
Years ago when i was around 24yrs old I almost competed in a bodyscuplting competition. I haven't been that fit and toned since!

Goals:
Main Goal:
Lose Fat
Goal (Overall):
So at the moment losing fat is the most important thing for me. I try to do weights when I can because I know that is important too.
Goal (Long):
I have three weddings to go to next year. Two of them is in Rarotonga! So my long term goal is to be bikini ready (so to speak) by May 2010. As said earlier my short term goal is to drop my fat % as much as possible. I'm not just doing this for Rarotonga though. It's important for my health and I know how good I can look when I take of myself. I had gotten far too content with my partner who is just amazing and looks fantastic so I want to be that way for him too! Make him proud of me! :) So the serious weights will come later. Right now all I want to do is drop some dress sizes! Ha!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 45 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
