I want to lose my belly and gain lean muscle before summer.
Goal (Long):
I want to have an incredible body with killer six pack abs. I want to live and eat better and healthier. I want to be the example for my friends and family to have a quality life.
Well, this is the start of my life changing transformation. I starting tring to lose weight in January 09. So far I have managed to lose 12 pounds and would love to lose another 10 to 15 pounds and then add muscle to that. I will start my workouts tomorrow and am going to try some whey...
I know how hard it is. I had not had a good workout in a couple of weeks. minor shoulder injury. Lifted a little last week but wasn't into it. This week I really pushed myself and had a great workout. I guess my point is don't be to hard on yourself. We all have weeks like that. Just push a little harder this week. Do you workout with someone? I know that it is harder to skip out on your workout when someone else is depending on you to be there for them too.
