Just looked in the mirror one day and realized how dreadful i had become
from being tall and lean i was now short and fatty in a matter of 3 yrs ..
All this due to my "poor" eating and almost no exercise
After entering college (at the starting of undergraduate course )i was determined to shed off that extra kilos and finally achieved tht ripped physique
Why I Love It:
It gives me the feeling of staying fit and looking gud..

♫ If you have a 10-horsepower motor and you subject it to a 12-horsepower load, it will burn out. But when you have a human body that is equivalent of a 10-horsepower motor and you subject it to a 12-horsepower load, it eventually becomes a 12-horsepower motor (Schwarzenegger, Encyclopedia 48).
Yes, its ok to add cardio on off days if you are looking to maintain some leaness. Creatine - you need to cycle it. Take 5 grams a day (u don't need to load on it for the 1st 5 days....that's all BS!...trust me) for one month, then stop taking it for a month, and then get back on it the next month, etc.
Creatine Monohydrate I would stay away from it..you reatain a lot of water so you will look bloated. To substitute...take Creatine Ethyl Esther...no water retain and great muscle voluminization. Just take it as indicated....It takes a while to fill up the muscle..but, take it daily and you will get there for mind-blowing pumps...
