♫ If you have a 10-horsepower motor and you subject it to a 12-horsepower load, it will burn out. But when you have a human body that is equivalent of a 10-horsepower motor and you subject it to a 12-horsepower load, it eventually becomes a 12-horsepower motor (Schwarzenegger, Encyclopedia 48).
yeah...I dont care to measure...I just workout man....Does it have to be a competition on who has the biggest bicep or chest?? that **** is funny to me...
Just take care bud to not do too much cardio. Cardio can limit muscle growth severely. A Tip I can give you: do cardio after training then it helps to limit the muscle soreness from lifting. Have a GREAT day and train hard. G.
Hey man...great to hear from you. All my dieting guidelines are in my BLOG and my diet is in my link on the page. I have been dieting strict for months...you are guaranteed results with consistency. Good luck.
BUD ALOT OF GUYS SWEAR BY EXCESSIVE CARDIO TO GET CUT...I'VE DONE IT WITH LITTLE CARDIO IN THE PAST AND STICK TO A 20 MINUTE CARDIO SESSION JUST AFTER EACH WORKOUT. U MUST CHECK WHAT WORK FOR YOU. EACH OF US RESPONDS DIFFERENT TO THE SAME INPUTS. HOPE THIS HELPS. g.
Thanks man.....I dont do cardio....since my bodfat is pretty low. I do get enough carbs throughout the day...enough to restore. Plenty of water as well..will saturate the muscle. Not eating carbs after 6, maintains my leaness.
