Workout Program:
My meals are:

Meal 1:
Organic oatmeal with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and a banana
Meal 2
4 egg whites and 1/2 grapfruit
meal 3:
light tuna, mixed greens 1/2 grapefruit
meal 4:
carb watcher yogurt, raw almonds
meal 5:
Boneless skinless chicken with a ton of veggies and balsalmic vinagrette dressing.
meal 6: greek yogurt or pb2 and celery
My work out plan is 6 days a week:

Monday:
Biceps and Triceps

Tuesday:
Salsa intervals

Wed:
Legs

Thursday:
1 hour salsa intervals

Friday:
chest and back

Saturday:off completely

Sunday: 1 hour of Pilates and 1 hour os salsa intervals.

I do take supplements...I take Fish oil, flax oil, super greens, spirulina, multi vitamin, MSM, glutamine, L-Caritine, CLA, Creatine, BCAA's and Fiber tabs. On the days that I feel I need that extra push I drink superpump or princess redline. Other than that nothing.
