LOVE THE NEW HAIR COLOR! I am healing as best as possible. Feeling good though. I finally lost the few I was lookin to and when I get better I am going to lift like there is no tomorrow! Thanks again for all your healp!

I dont have a trainer. I gave him a shout out because he has helped me with the work outs that I do but I never got a diet plan. Thanks so much jen you are the best!

Another question from me! I am taking the BCAA's before and after my workouts so I get out of the gym at 2:00, pop in about 4-6 Bcaa's and then at around 2:15 I am eating my lunch (1 can of light tuna on spinach w/ half grapefruit). Can I take BCAA's with food? Or should I be waiting to eat my protein/good carb lunch?

Training is going well. I am squating until I almost get sick! I am REALLY trying to get these legs in gear, sigh...it's tough work, they just dont want to budge.

I am in three bands. One is a typical rock band 5 piece, one is a huge 15 piece funk band and the other is just me doing kinda folk music with me and my guitar. I pretty much cover all genres.

OMG! I LOVE reading about your characters at your gym. I have been reading them for quite some time and I gotta tell you, they REALLY make me laugh. I totally understand where you are coming from. I have the same kind of characters at my GYM. LOL

Quick question....When your arms fill like balloons is that when you stop? Is that when you know that you have ripped the muscle? I am still doing your arm work out and man oh man is it fantastic. The drop sets are awesome too! Just wondering....
