How I Started:
I got back some pictures of my self and decided that enough was enough. I initally got fit for my wedding two years ago and then it all went down the tube after a year of marrage. Then the divorce happened. Then I got fatter and then I got even! I decided that I would shoot for optimium health. I want to be the healthiest that I have ever been in my life. I am down to 115 and now I want to gain some more muscle. I eat 100% clean and work out 6 days a week.
Why I Love It:
Working out is what I call CHEAP THERAPY!!! So I say bring it!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through music, I just get my i-pod and then turn the music of my choice WAY up. I get into that way. I also look at old pictures and even sometimes put up a magazine picture that I think is hot on the fridge, funny huh?

I was getting ready for this show for months because I knew that I had to wear this outfit. I didnt get where I wanted to be but I am getting there! This gives me an idea of where I am and where I want to go.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I NEVER do it. I infact HATE hearing people grunting. I just turn my I-POD up and focus on myself.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I use to just throw on a t-shirt and shorts but I relized that if I feel better I look better which gives me the push I need when I am looking at myself in the mirror. Baggy clothes can hurt your form...more

I think your going about it the right way. I think taking those bcaa's right then will allow for better protein synthesis from your meal. Sounds like your on the right track!
