I used to be a dancer and then I got pregnant, so I'm starting a workout schedule to get back what I lost and then improve on it.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel better about myself because it gives me some personal time plus I'm improving on myself and that is always a good thing.
How I Stay Motivated:
By thinking about how I used to look and what I used to be able to do. I'll work as hard as I have to if I can just have at least a shadow of what I used to be back again.
BB Accomplishments:
I used to be a dancer and was finally getting good at pole work. I was very proud of the fact that I'd finally gotten the beginnings of a 6pack and had gotten some good muscle control. I loved being able to beat just about anyone at reclining situps and also holding myself halfway thru a reclining situp and just chilling there.

It's been 6 weeks since I had the baby now. I've lost more than half of what I gained but as you can see, I still look like complete crap.
I gained 70 lbs while pregnant and wish to go back to my 95 lb self.
Goal (Long):
I gained 70 lbs while I was pregnant with my first and only baby. While most of it was baby in my stomach, I did gain a little bit of weight and lots of stretch marks everywhere else. Now I want to go back to weighing 95-100 lbs, but I also want to improve upon my former self by adding muscle and toning up. I'm also using JavaLather & Banton stretch mark creme for my stretchmarks so we'll see how that works as well. I would ultimately like to get my 6 pack back and better as right before I got pregnant I had finally developed one but never had time to tone it up to my liking. I was a dancer before I got pregnant so I'd like to get my dancer muscled legs back plus I'd like to majorly improve my arm strength and lats. I'd also like to get my ab control back. I was working on that pre-pregnancy and would like to get it back plus improve. Before I was pregnant I had a 7% bodyfat percentage and I would like to AT LEAST match that if not improve. Basically I want to be able to go back to dancing and be better looking than I was before.
So I'm 15 lbs away from pre-preggo weight and decided to go ahead and go back to work. I think I'll easily lose the last 15 lbs within a month or less. Plus once my job doesn't make me oober sore the next day, I'll start doing some light weight lifting on my days off since I get enough cardio...
Way to go. I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Continually challenge yourself. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish.
Hey,, don't get down on yourself. It takes time to lose that stuff. Your still the same sexy girl you were before the baby!!,, Just keep doing what your doing and it'll get better... Max
