Background

When I Started: Jun 1987
HOW I STARTED:

a set of weights my oldest brother left at the house when he went to the Air Force.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I can take the stresses in the world and leave it at the front door. I love letting the frustrations inside out on the perfect lift

I sat down and realize something the other day. I like working on the muscles that make you look bigger than the muscles that most guys like to show off or needs to work on the most. Back, Shoulders and triceps are my favorite. I love feeling the burn on them. Chest gets boring for me. I can't stand biceps or abs. Though I became a huge fan of core and cardio for legs. I'm just not a big fan weight lifting on my legs.
