i have an arsenal of about 10 different abdominal exercises. including those big bouncy ball things, old fashioned on the ground stuff, and machines. i only use a little weight on the machines becuase i want to get them defined before i get them anybigger. i switch up the order of the exercises everytime i do them, which is every other day. i also limit my rest periods to a couple seconds. after imdone with it all, ill do cardio. i just started.
