Live a healthy lifestyle, look good, and set the example for others to follow.
Goal (Long):
To live everyday to its fullest. To go to bed at night and take one last look in the mirror and be satisfied with the effort that I put out during the day. To be a beacon of light and encouragement to others who are on the trail to personal fitness. In the next 12 months I would like to weigh 220 lbs and have 8% bf (or lower of course). YOU ARE MASSIVE MARINE!

I have quit smoking and am trying to get my run time back to a passing score. The downside is that in mobilization training in April I tore my achilles tendon and have been working through the pain of that ever since. Thanks for the encouragement
Hey brah, my unit is based in Oregon. My PFT isn't terrible. I can get 20 chins and 100 crunches and around a 24 minute run time. You been deployed yet?
I am incredibly honored and would like to thank you for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you here at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allowing me to continue believing that fitness truly can make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
