Hi Michelle I just wanted to say that you look awesome in your contest photos, and I really appreciated the quote that you shared about knowing what you do and doing what you know. All the best with your goals this year, and esp in the contests (across all federations) in Sep.
Keep training hard, You have made some great progress. You will do very well in your first show!! Remember to have fun. Also Work on Lunges and squats. it will help you even more.
