This is my front photo for this week. My main problem is my lower abs.

All my life I hated exercise until 2006 when I discovered bodybuilding. I transformed my body from a AUS size 16 to 8 losing over 10cm of my waist, hips and thighs.
Now I want to be able to do 10 chinups unassisted, DB press 25kg and run 10km and take out a placing in my first figures contest in October 2008.

Thanks for commenting in my blog. Yeah, those 20 something posers, yakkers and bench hoggers are a pain at night. I suspect it may be even worse in your country as Australian men have an even more macho image than Americans?
