When I Started:
2003
How I Started:
When i was about 12 i saw my brother had pictures of Dorian Yates on his wall and he was in to weight training, i didnt care for it at the time untill 2003 i was in WH Smith's and i saw a copy of Flex magazine with Dorian Yates on the cover i bought it read the thing cover to cover in an hour and decided that i should start training to help with my then job (gunner in the Royal Navy) i never planned on doing the whole bodybuilding thing but unfortunatly i was hooked and i read just about every book and magazine i could get my hands on to learn what it takes to stand on stage and present the best physique you can.
Why I Love It:
Knowing that i am the one making things happen. Success or failure is in my hands, i have no one to blame when it goes wrong.
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting small obtainable goals and always having a long term goal to achieve.
BB Accomplishments:
After five years of busting my ass doing what the "profesionels" tell you is the key to success, i got wise got educated and realised there is no quick fix and no secret its just discipline, big lifts and correct technique that gets you what you want. Thats my accomplishment learning to go back to basics and listening to my body and not the "profesionels".

Honour the strong.
Respect the weak.
All compound. one warmup set and three working sets using 8 to 12 reps. Squats (both back and front), deadlifts, flat & incline barbell bench press, bent over row and barbell shoulder press.
Oh, no I totally agree. And yes, I was just saying that "too much" is the key when it comes to fats (butter being one example)...Us Americans as a whole dont know when enough is enough anymore. There is good and bad in it all. Thank you for the comment!
