Well I am 148 lbs and my goal is to reach 125 lbs muscle.
Goal (Long):
I'm 28 lbs away from my ideal weight (125 lbs.)with 10% body fat or less and I would like to look great in for New Years..
Well, my main problem is to get in the right track, be more active and alert (mentaly). My days just seem too long since I work at home.
;) I would like to have the body of Jennifer Nicole Lee but all I can do Keep going and try to achive this dream.
My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and dreams become reality. My wife went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself; possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and the speed that they can occur. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
Well, don't let me get you down! I'm sure if you want to you can lose thirty! Just reassuring you that you already look great.
What kind of diet are you following? If you need help just PM me or comment, I could definitely tell you how to lose that 30 quick if you want to. :)
