Had a stroke caused by Vertebral artery disection (from a accident) in the Army and they told me my physical abilities would be limited. HEh! I showed them.
Why I Love It:
Nothing feels better then personal strength.
How I Stay Motivated:
No fat cops here and criminals are not getting any older.

Hey, thanks for the add. Glad to see you recovered and exceeded expectations. I'm going out to work my Muay Thai right now, and my group up here is pretty serious about our grappling. Do you do martial arts as a hobby/fitness activity?
-Serious lifting and MMA can be hard to balance. Some days I will pull 2-3 workouts when preparing for a fight. My lifting is all geared toward fighting, but it can still leave you feeling worn down.
