My goals have definitely changed in the last year and a half. 2 eye surgeries later and 25 pounds heavier, I'm now ready to get my life back in order. Its been a crazy 2009 but I'm good now so I'm ready to get it together now. Eating healthier and living a more active lifestyle so I can be a good father (planning for a child).

this is the workout program im following as of july 2008. this is a great workout schedule because your getting multiple sets on the muscle group for the day. in order to see results, you need to up the sets and use proper form. im also doing cardio every day, even on my off days, just cause...

Glad you're doing alright. My diet is good. I mean, it's not perfect, but I'm not aiming for perfection, esp. not with my very long eating disordered history. It's nice that I'm finally not so anxious around and rigid when it comes to food.
