Overall Goal: I want to stay healthy and recovered so that I can be a good role model for my daughter. My goal is to maintain for now, maybe even put on a bit more muscle and then I'll lean out a bit for spring and summer. Not quite ready for that though.

How I Started:
I had struggled with an eating disorder for 14 years. I had relapsed again, was at a really low weight, and knew I couldn't continue the way I was going. I reluctantly picked up a set of dumbells for the first time, then quickly became hooked. I'm up 20 lbs and actually have a better body image than I ever have.
Why I Love It:
Huge improvement in self-esteem and much less rigid with food intake.

Moving up from skinny to fit---and I've gained 20 lbs in the process. Most importantly, I'm actually okay with that :).
When I was really sick with anorexia. I weighed about 80 lbs in all the "before" pictures that are in my profile. My lowest weight was 67 lbs as a teenager, I don't have any pictures from that time, but I was even more emaciated than what is in these pictures. Frightening!

My workout yesterday prompted me to take a few pictures today. It's harder to get leg pictures when your legs are sore, but I managed :P. My legs are looking fairly defined, but they don't measure as big as they look. They're about 18.5" around widest part of dominant quad (left). ...
Hey there Lauren. Thanks for the comment. I may be pushing too hard, along with all the other stuff going on. I think it is catching up to me. I am going to take a small break, except for this recitle I have to help with the next couple days. I may not see the inside of a gym 'till Monday, if I am feeling better. And again, you look great. Thanks for the thoughts.
You will have to try the stuff and let me know what you think. Tennis was fun. Won a couple, and got a good workout, did a lot of short running bursts.
Wow 4 packets! That is cool, you have to like free stuff! Tennis is at 7. Doing a little stretching right now, upper body is a little stiff form earlier.
Yes cookies and cream. I mixed it with water. That must be their best tasting product so they are trying to drum up business. I honestly not sure if the creatine helped but I did seem to drop weight after I stopped using it the last time. Getting ready to go play some tennis. Hope you have a wonderful evening!
Thanks and you're welcome! I did like it. It tasted good, but after reading the posts, it sounds like it is over priced for what you get. The first of the year I'm going to do a cycle of creatine, which will give me the same gains as this stuff.
